Customer Interaction
Overview
The Customer Interaction (CI) team manages several technical areas which seek to grow the overall digital presence for ALDI. Specifically, the CI team is responsible for supporting the technology behind ALDI’s Digital Marketing, Customer Service and eCommerce initiatives. We are a liaison between several departments including the business, Development and International IT, to make sure the company delivers a best in class experience to our shoppers in the digital space.
Store Operations
Overview
This Store Operations team supports various software and hardware solutions including product replenishment, transactional databases, communication portals, POS equipment and mobile devices. This team is responsible for ensuring over 2,100 stores operate without technical interruption, while identifying new solutions to improve store employee efficiency.
Expansion
Overview
The Expansion team is responsible for the project coordination supporting all new store installations, store remodels and National Services & divisional office remodels. We help the business grow by coordinating and managing all expansion initiatives from an IT standpoint.
