The HR team focuses on time keeping, payroll, scheduling, budgeting/forecasting, eLearning and other HR-related solutions for the entire business (stores, warehouses, divisional offices and National Services). This team works closely with both divisional & National Service departments to ensure compliance and availability for users in over 36 states. Team members liaise with the business to gather requirements and work with vendors and developers to implement changes and create internal reports.
This team provides support to all areas of the business (stores, divisional offices and National Services) by evaluating, defining and implementing solutions to improve information management processes, efficiencies and organization of electronic and physical information.
This team provides support to all users of the financial systems. The financial systems, both custom developed and standard, support processes in accounting, tax, accounts payable, treasury and real estate. We work closely with the national business to make improvements to existing solutions and implement new solutions.
