Job Summary:

As an IT Analyst, you will serve as an expert for supporting ALDI’s HR Solutions, and inflight software projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating activities between business, technology and 3rd party vendors to deliver HR solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to understand applications (support/testing/coordination of tasks). As you will be partnering with business units, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of core IT, this includes designing, deploying integrations and interfaces between enterprise software applications. In addition, Project Management responsibility focused on project plans, reporting, communication with stakeholders, and risk management. Candidates must have a technical aptitude for troubleshooting technical software needs, able to lead and manage projects, and drive to become a key resource in HR Solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering software requirements and build test plans
  • Under direction of the Manager, lead and coordinate project tasks
  • Work independently as well as a member of project teams
  • Coordinate Software testing and quality assurance testing
  • Data extraction, loading, analysis, and manipulation
  • Application support, Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Develop Training plans, and coordinate the creation of training materials
  • Able to present and communicate to all audiences, including senior management
  • Create written communications (status reports, meeting minutes, proposals, etc.)
  • Mentor and coordinate work of IT Specialists

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • 4 years progressive IT experience, including requirement gathering, project coordination of software testing and training (Preferred HR Tools and/or applications)
  • 2 years experience coordinating activities between business, technology and 3rd party vendors
  • Thorough understanding of HRIS technologies, roles and responsibilities (Preferred)
  • Experience working on large international and/or national projects
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • 2 years Project Management Experience
    • Understands the organizational structure of the project
    • Able to set up a realistic plan (time and budget)
    • Able to report project results to different stakeholders
    • Able to coordinate and lead
    • Able to communicate effectively to project members and other stakeholders
    • Able to identify possible risks and recommend appropriate remediation strategies
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a group of individuals to foster successful and effective output
  • Ability to manage one’s time in order to maximize productivity and effectiveness
  • Availability to travel, as needed (up to 5%)
