Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Provides strategic support to Customer Interaction teams through the use of data.
• Provides consulting to Direct Leader for further development of Customer Interaction products and deployment strategies.
• Collaborates with local and global internal stakeholders to identify new areas of opportunity.
• Analyzes usage metrics and drives adoption in assigned area of responsibility.
• Recommends process/project/product improvements for area of responsibility.
• Act as subject matter expert of search tool sets and be able to execute solutions and troubleshoot problems related to search results.
• Develop and manage internal tools and business processes that optimize the on-site search experience. Establish and implement standards, guidelines, and best practices to increase keyword search accuracy.
• Has technical skillset to work in multiple applications such as Salesforce Cloud Commerce (SFRA preferred), Content Management System, rule configuration in CQuotient tool.
• Supports the organization on efficiencies, speed, and technology initiatives to drive the business forward.
• Regularly develops needed business rules for internal site search, process, and training documentation.
• Manage and execute the internal search attributes for all products in partnership with the Site Merchandise team to optimize search results.
• Partner cross-functionally with copy and content departments to obtain or recommend changes of copy to optimize search based on keyword mining.
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience through constant quality assurance of product information and site performance through internal site search.
• Analyze web metrics and identify opportunities to boost customer engagement. Monitor performance and provide meaningful insights for onsite search performance.
• Supports Site Merchants by providing internal search metrics when requested.
• Implement a Search relevance testing program to maximize internal search effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence, develop, and execute various internal search strategies.
• Responsible for end-to-end processes related to owned platforms, including developing functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Collaborates with global product owner counterparts on deployments, sprint planning and product enhancement prioritization.
• Partner with Merchandising & Merchandising Enrichment teams to enhance searchable content at scale in order to deliver increasing conversion and search revenue per session.
• Monitor Null Search Results for trends and opportunities. Suggest changes to help reduce null results or improve the null search experience.
• Monitor customer feedback to understand pain points & make recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with Merchandising to optimize the search experience by monitoring category search trends and performance, improve product data to bring back most relevant results, manage redirects, biasing and facet display
• Performs detailed quantitative analysis on products owned, yielding actionable insights such as ways to drive ROI and customer adoption.
• Effectively communicates status and creates required project reporting for all appropriate participants.
• Trains internal and external stakeholders on new product functionality, features and processes.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

Job-specific Competencies:

• Experience in SEO strategy planning and execution.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with popular keyword tools.
• Familiarity with retail search.
• Experience with SEO platforms, preferably Elasticsearch 
• Proven ability to use insights and data to put forth recommendations on product enhancements.
• Familiarity with Customer Interaction technology and digital transformation topics.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and understands project cycle phases - definition through completion.
• Understands and is able to complete cost/benefit analysis documentation.
• Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience.
• Possesses a self-starter attitude and ability to work without direct supervision among multiple, concurrent projects.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Data Science or related field required
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
