In this role, the Solution Analyst - Service Management Reporting will be responsible for collecting and presenting data to help drive decisions for the Service Management organization made up of GSD Operations, GSD Service Mgmt, Process Solutions and Digital Workplace. This will include building and maintaining dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, ServiceNow and InContact. The US Service Management team will use this information to analyze the steady state of the organization and identify improvement opportunities.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and data visualization, with at least 3 years of experience with the reporting tools.  The data consists of InContact, ServiceNow, customer satisfaction, demographic and other data points which are used to measure metrics and KPIs for the US GSD and NIT areas. Experience presenting data in easily consumable formats while highlighting actionable results is highly desired. An educational background in technology, or data analytics is preferred.

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2  days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather data requirements from the Service Management teams and translate those into demands to consolidate the data necessary from multiple sources such as ServiceNow and InContact, to be used in building future reports
• Present the data via repeatable reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, InContact and Tableau that can then be used to analyze current operational metrics and SLA status and provide potential insight in improvement opportunities or unrealized situational relationships.
• Train the team on the understanding and usage of the reports and present ideas for better visualization tactics to aid in the analysis of the service management data.
• Identifies project issues and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
• Participates in the evaluation and recommendation of the use of off-the-shelf or custom developed software.
• Provides input to their direct leader concerning personnel hiring and performance.
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
• Manages national projects of lesser scope.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes; identifies and recommends changes to related software and hardware to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assists in communicating and modeling the overarching company strategy and core values of the organization to create a proper work environment and sense of teamwork among employees.
• Adheres to and assists their direct leader in ensuring compliance standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, including all project management related responsibilities.
• Prepares user documentation, bulletins and corresponding program updates for distribution to all relevant users.
• Ensures national programs meet requirements for security and integrity of information.
• Coordinates with national and international project delivery including documentation, testing, training, deployment and maintenance of new or existing software/hardware solutions.
• Supports the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management processes for software and hardware solutions.
• Maintains, manages and understands user requirements and issues, participates in project or committee meetings as required.
• Reports on project health on international and national projects of lesser scope.
• Supports project managers in the delivery of project objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinates with international colleagues to manage international projects for national rollout.
• Acts as a knowledge source and mentor for team members.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business or Information Technology required.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• International & Domestic travel required.
• Up to 10%.
