In this role the Corporate Responsibility Specialist will be responsible for data and reporting on Corporate Responsibility goals and work with the various systems and programs that the Corporate Responsibility team uses. The objective of this role is to help embed CR requirements into new IT systems, maintain data quality, and effectively track and report on progress towards CR goals.

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
• Supports direct leader in the training of new employees.
• Manages reporting requirements for all teams by working with the appropriate managers and assistants to ensure accurate submission to stakeholders.
• Maintains Corporate Responsibility programs and procedures in conjunction with management.
• Conducts extensive research within area of responsibility and creates reports/summaries on the appropriate course of action to take.
• Analyzes data and makes recommendations to leadership on new programs that could be implemented to address emerging trends.
• Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of Corporate Responsibility industry trends.
• Maintains full knowledge of, and supports further development of, the company’s Corporate Responsibility policies, goals, and key performance indicators (national and international).
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Associate's Degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Supply Chain or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Corporate Responsibility required.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
• Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
• Domestic travel required.
• Up to 10%.
