Part Time Stocker
Our Store Staff is the face of the ALDI shopping experience, and our most valuable asset. Their hard work makes it possible to uphold our company philosophy: Provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. Their smiles and pleasant demeanors keep customers coming back time and time again.
Stockers assist Store Management in achieving store appearance and maintenance standards and providing a safe environment for fellow coworkers and customers alike. As a Stocker at ALDI, you’ll stock shelves and displays neatly to maximize visibility and sales, return misplaced items to shelves, and perform general cleaning duties and daily work assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
We have important requirements for all potential ALDI employees. You must be able to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds. Stockers must have the ability to operate equipment including electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler. Stockers may be required to handle alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages. Stockers are regularly required to, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. You must be able to multitask and communicate effectively with your fellow staff, while being open to new ideas. Excellent customer service skills and communication are a must, as well as a flexible schedule. We provide a period of training that will give you the tools, skills, and confidence you need to excel at ALDI. You must be at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
