Store Manager Trainees begin their ALDI experience in a thorough training program. Over the course of the training program, you’ll learn what it takes to manage an entire store. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with our Store Managers and District Managers on how to efficiently and effectively conduct store operations. You’ll learn about maximizing sales, controlling expenses and providing excellent customer service. You’ll also learn how to lead, coach and develop store associates.
We have important requirements for all potential ALDI employees. You must be able to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds. You must be able to multitask and communicate effectively with your fellow staff, while being open to new ideas. Excellent customer service skills and communication are a must, as well as a flexible schedule. You must be at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
