District Managers — learning new ways to do business.

District Managers have the chance to work abroad as part of our International Expatriate Program. If selected, you’ll immerse yourself in a new culture, make new friends, travel and gain a new personal perspective while evolving your understanding of ALDI business.

The program starts with 10 weeks of training and orientation. You’ll work with local District Managers and Store Managers to acclimate yourself to your new district and stores. A Peer Advisor will also help you find an apartment and show you around the neighborhood.

With orientation done, you’ll dive into the daily duties of your district. Just like in the U.S. no matter where you go, you may be surprised to find how similar the ALDI work environment is to home.
