ALDI provides $1 million to Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support youth development and healthy and active lifestyles.Hope Chicago
We partner with Hope Chicago to donate $2 million by the end of 2026 to help provide funding for Chicago’s only two-generation scholarship program.My Block, My Hood, My City (M3)
We partner with M3 to help expand their Explorers’ Program, which allows more youth on the south and west sides of Chicago to see the city, provides scholarship assistance and sponsors their annual holiday event, Be A Part of the Light.Feeding America
ALDI provides over $700,000 to support Feeding America’s product recovery, Food Rescue Fund, and their Food Security Equity Impact Fund. Additionally, we donated 39 million pounds of food and packed more than 29,000 disaster relief boxes in 2024.ALDI Cares Community Gift Cards
ALDI strives to make a positive contribution to communities through the ALDI Community Gift Cards Program. This program focuses on supporting nonprofits that deliver after- and out-of-school youth programming, as well as working with food banks and pantries looking to purchase products.

WOMEN WHO EXCEL
Here at ALDI, women hold many of our executive and leadership roles and we were named a Best Employer for Women by Forbes and Diversity Magazine. In 2022, we launched ALDI NOW (Network of Women), an inclusion & engagement group that aims to support employees who identify as women navigate their careers at ALDI. NOW is dedicated to developing a supportive community for women and their allies. We're shining a spotlight on some of our talented women employees.
Military and veterans.
ALDI is a proud supporter of current U.S. military personnel, veterans and their families. In 2024, we introduced ALDI BRAVE (Recognition of Active and Veteran Employees), an inclusion & engagement group that aims to provide support and networking opportunity for employees who have served or are actively serving, serve as reservists or serve in the National Guard. BRAVE is dedicated to honoring military service and building collaboration among military and veteran communities and their supportive allies.
