National Customer Interaction Career Areas
The eCommerce team focuses on in-store fulfillment of delivery and curbside orders through the ALDI Instacart operation. With online orders continuing to play a large role in shopping habits, your success here will help ensure customers buy what they want, when they want.
Brands & Campaign
The Brands & Campaign team maintains the ALDI U.S. Brand Guidelines — the north star for ALDI advertising campaigns on a national and local level. You'll help maintain a consistent voice and tone, one that ALDI customers and employees alike can connect with, throughout all communications.
Market Research & Analytics
The Warehouse Development team is responsible for the design, development and growth of new regional distribution centers across the United States. You'll also assist in expanding and renovating existing facilities by working closely with warehouse operations. Through this team, you'll inherit a keen understanding of how ALDI facilities operate and can take the skills you've learned into transforming distribution centers as we know them.
The Print team clues ALDI customers into the latest promotions and products through the weekly insert and handbill. The weekly insert shares deals, business priority products and seasonal offers, while the handbill highlights the upcoming week’s “ALDI Finds” products. Together, they add a new layer to the shopping experience customers love.
The Signage team supports ALDI stores with weekly sign kits containing retail changes, product changes and ad hoc needs. The department is currently undergoing a digital transformation, implementing Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) design and functionality throughout stores, nationwide. Your experience can leave a long-lasting impact at the ground floor of this transition!
The External Communications team is home to the Public Relations, Social Media, Community Management and Organic Social Media departments. Together, they support ALDI messaging while earning third-party endorsements through various media, influencer and business collaborations.
The Customer Service team supports customers who may have received ALDI services or products that did not meet standards. This department handles all customer contacts on behalf of ALDI stores and the National Service offices. Customer Interaction NBC
The Customer Interaction (CI) NBC team is responsible for delivering global solutions to the CI department. These technology solutions serve both internal teams and external customers and include a global eCommerce solution, new marketing tools and a streamlined customer service system.
The Digital Marketing team is responsible for attracting, converting and retaining customers through various channels. Here, you'll find customers on their favorite media platforms and help determine how they experience ALDI advertising before shopping in-store or online.
