National Finance & Administration Careers

The National Finance & Administration team provides ALDI employees with the structure they need to do their jobs. This business unit also includes the Internal Communications team, which focuses on employee communications. National Finance & Administration Career Areas


The Accounting team's responsibilities include preparing accounting entries, monitoring day-to-day transactional activities, preparing monthly financial statements and more. This is a growing organization, one that strives to set the gold standard for accounting while supporting your career development.


The Benefits team consists of three groups: Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Systems & Reporting. The Compensation team executes annual wage reviews, conducts market review for jobs across ALDI, improves our wage programs and more. Corporate Tax

The Corporate Tax team adds value to ALDI through tax planning and proactive planning while complying with government regulations. Though Corporate Tax encompasses various areas, the team works collaboratively with the larger overall tax team to support business partners. Human Resource Administration

The HR Administration team moves quickly to meet the ever-changing needs of ALDI. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Human Resources Reporting and Analytics

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Human Resources Reporting and Analytics teams are the experts in implementing HR technology and managing employee data. Here, you’ll play a big role in linking together ALDI systems to ensure seamless management of our business processes.

Recruitment and HR Shared Services

The Recruitment team is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent into ALDI. From marketing open jobs to screening candidates, setting up interviews and sending job offers, this group delivers the workforce needed to be successful. HR Shared Services assists the business with every step of onboarding new employees, as well as administering all job changes within ALDI and overseeing job descriptions. Along with these main responsibilities, you’ll also provide general support to answer HR-related questions from employees and leaders.

Internal Employee Communications

The Internal Employee Communications team delivers the right message, to the right people, at the right time. You'll create and share content that reaches tens of thousands of ALDI employees. Between supporting key company initiatives and connecting employees nationwide, there’s plenty of room to flex your talents with the team.


The ALDI Legal team is key to our strategic direction and management of a wide range of legal matters impacting the business. As a member of this team, you'll support ALDI in achieving our company initiatives and upholding our core values: consistency, simplicity, responsibility.

National Projects & Services

The National Projects & Services team works closely with vendors to keep stores operating safely, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. It's a group that takes pride in understanding the big picture without losing sight of key details, always on the lookout for improvements that keep ALDI leading ahead in the retail grocer space.

National Risk

The National Risk team assists in managing the financial exposure of various claims, as well as offering safety solutions to prevent customer and employee incidents. A career here means making a meaningful impact on ALDI, learning in a collaborative environment and enjoying excellent work/life balance.


The Payroll team delivers accurate, timely payment for all ALDI U.S. employees. In other words, you’ll be playing a big role in each employee’s life — as well as the integrity of the business. There’s more to Payroll than staying up to date on regulations; you’ll grow each day with a cheerful team that understands how far great work/life balance can go.


The Security team manages all physical security systems as well as security procedures that keep ALDI customers and employees safe. As part of the group, you’ll help prevent loss, limit business disruptions and provide a secure environment for every aspect of ALDI business — stores, warehouses and national offices.

Strategic Financial Planning

The Strategic Financial Planning team shares value-added insights and helps drive informed management decisions. The department — collaborative, experienced and bouncing with diverse perspectives — stays driven by the potential to build something new. Join the team and contribute to long-term success!

Training & Development

The Training & Development team builds resources that ALDI employees, from warehouse to office, rely on for starting — and continuing — a successful career. The department works closely with ALDI leaders to recognize improvements to these materials when needed and promotes an environment that celebrates every win.

Banking Shared Services

The Banking Shared Services team ensures that store districts throughout ALDI conduct accurate cash deposits. Employees within the department work closely with Divisional Operations to ensure adherence to cash policies. In this team, you’ll connect to how your districts run and dive deep into what it takes to run a successful store.
