Supporting Mobility Solutions, Networks, Infrastructure Coordination, Servers and Systems. These teams coordinate, steer and support all infrastructure activities within the United States that are related to infrastructure requests for change. IT Transformation

Supported by the Country Deployment Management Office (CDMO) — you’ll be responsible for delivering global transformation projects that impact all areas of ALDI business. The team also head consulting and project management, as well as the development of integration services between global shared platforms and legacy / national applications.

Service Operations

Encompassing roles in IT Support, End User Computing and the Global Service Desk. IT Support teams provide direct in-person support to users within our National Services office, along with support to divisional users and projects. The End User Computing team is responsible for identity management, software deployment, asset procurement and first level security functions. The Global Service Desk is the single point of contact in case of incidents and requests with all IT solutions.

Cybersecurity

Encompassing roles in the IT Project Management Office (PMO), as well as Security & Business Continuity. The PMO provides project management expertise and general support to all national IT teams while also supporting large scale initiatives. The Security & Business Continuity team recommends and implements mitigation techniques to reduce risk.

Supply Chain

Encompassing Corporate Buying, Divisional Purchasing, Corporate Logistics and Warehouse Systems. Corporate Buying supports all users of the ALDI National Service systems. Finally, Warehouse Systems supports all users within ALDI distribution centers.

Technology Transformation

ALDI is undertaking a technology transformation under our ///AHEAD initiative. Our team is pushing boundaries by transitioning from custom, situational solutions to the latest, off-the-shelf applications. That means introducing industry-standard supply chain management tools to predict product needs and deploying voice over IP to reduce costs while improving call options. The team has also introduced business intelligence reporting to improve how we view and model data and implemented global ERP systems.
