Warehouse teams are comprised of hardworking, dedicated employees who work in both ambient and temperature controlled areas. Teamwork is key to being a successful part of an ALDI Warehouse. Warehouse employees must work cooperatively together across all departments to ensure products are properly received, selected and delivered to our stores for our ever-growing number of customers to enjoy.
Warehouse employees begin their career by undergoing a comprehensive training and safety program. While in training, you will work closely with experienced warehouse employees to learn the skill sets necessary for success in your new role. Once trained, warehouse employees work autonomously within a team-oriented environment. Training is hands-on and designed to make trainees comfortable in their new position.

As a Warehouse Mechanic, you’ll be involved in a little bit of everything as you work to ensure our warehouse and equipment fleet are maintained and running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work with minimal supervision, as well as the opportunity to effectively collaborate with outside contractors to ensure high quality service, this position is for you! Warehouse Mechanics receive comprehensive internal training as well as additional outside training for specialty areas such as electrical safety and ammonia refrigeration.
