Why ALDI: I have been in retail for over 20 years. When I transitioned to recruiting ALDI offered the best of both worlds. I love helping people find the perfect job and there is nothing like the pace of a retail environment. ALDI’s culture and values were also a perfect match for me.
Favorite ALDI product: It is hard to pick just one. I love the produce, cheese, and wine but if you ask my daughters, it would be the gnomes and quinoa cups. (Only because they ask for those every trip to ALDI 😉)
