District Manager Internship Program
This in-depth, intensive 10-week program will prepare you for a career as an ALDI District Manager. That means tackling something new each day, learning from professional mentors and, of course, taking on real responsibility.
In this paid program, you’ll work within one of our divisional regions, learning how a global industry leader operates while discovering your voice as a business professional. At the end, you’ll have proved you’re someone who knows how to get things done — with the ALDI name on your resume.

Information Technology Internship Program
In this 12-week paid internship, you’ll collaborate with our IT professionals in Aurora, IL to help complete real projects with nationwide impact. These projects can include working solutions such as system monitoring, artificial intelligence, smart carts and more!
Simply put, you’ll be working with technology that helps power ALDI across the world. Show your initiative amidst changing priorities and show how you’ll thrive in an IT career at a rapidly growing, global company.
National Services Internship Program
Take your first step in achieving something incredible with a team that plays an integral role in supporting ALDI National Services teams. In this 12-week paid internship in Batavia, Aurora or Naperville, IL, you’ll collaborate with business professionals from across the organization from our Customer Interaction team to our National Information Technology Team — to name a few.
With each project, you’ll learn from new team members, pick up new skills and gain a better understanding of what makes the ALDI difference possible across the country. We’ll be in your corner each step of the way, so you’ll be prepared to take that dream job when the opportunity strikes!
The ALDI District Manager Student Ambassador program — spread the word.
Successful District Manager interns who’ve accepted a full-time position or second-year ALDI internship can become Student Ambassadors during their remaining school years. As a Student Ambassador, you’ll act as the face of ALDI — using your creativity to spread brand awareness and show fellow students what they can accomplish in a career with us!
That means coordinating and participating in ALDI events on-campus and assisting in recruitment at student career fairs. Of course, you won’t go at it alone. ALDI mentors will offer you firsthand advice throughout the experience and will provide their support for any innovative ideas you may have to spread the word. You’ll also earn an hourly rate for your time worked.
