Change Management Analyst

This role will collaborate across many national and international teams to develop strategic change plans, recommend change management activities and measure the adoption of change. The ideal candidate is Prosci certified and has experience developing and executing change plans for large-scale change efforts. Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Salary: $95,000
Salary Increases: Year 2 - $100,000 | Year 3 - $105,000
Work Location: Aurora, IL
This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Identifies project issues and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
• Evaluates and recommends improvements to change management activities.
• Identifies and proactively recommends changes related to change management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provides input to their direct leader concerning personnel hiring and performance.
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
• Manages national projects of a lesser scope.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of change management best practices and learnings.
• Partners cross-functionally in communicating and modeling the overarching company strategy and core values of the organization to create a proper work environment and a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Adheres to and assists their direct leader in ensuring compliance standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, including all project management related responsibilities.
• Prepares communications, training and presentation materials for a variety of audiences.
• Coordinates with national and international business partners to support the successful adoption of change.
• Supports the development and implementation of change management processes across the organization. 
• Manages, maintains and understands business partner needs and issues.
• Participates in project or committee meetings as required.
• Reports on change management plan status and metrics on national projects.
• Facilitates the delivery of change management objectives and deliverables. 
• Coordinates with national and international colleagues to develop and manage change management plans.
• Acts as a knowledge source and mentor for team members. 
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, HR or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Change Management required.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. 
Physical Requirements:
• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs. 
Travel:
• International & Domestic travel required.
• Up to 10%.
