General Interview and hiring process

General interview and hiring process. 

  1. Once you’ve found a job posting on our careers site that interests you, click “Apply Now” at the top of the page to get started. Before you submit your application, you may need to register an account with us first if you don’t have one already. 
  2. Watch for email, phone and/or text updates regarding your application status. Candidates are likely to receive a response within two weeks of applying. 
  3. If selected, a recruiter will schedule a phone and/or in-person interview. You may also be requested to participate in a pre-recorded video interview prior to a first-round interview.
  4. Participate in two to three interviews (one-on-one or in a group).
  5. If chosen for the role, you will receive a job offer.
  6. After receiving an offer, you must complete online pre-employment and onboarding requirements.

National Services and Divisional Office interview hiring process.

  1. Once you’ve found a job posting on our careers site that interests you, click “Apply Now” at the top of the page to get started. Before you submit your application you may need to register an account with us first if you don’t have one already. 
  2. Watch for email updates regarding your application status. Expect to receive a response within two weeks. 
  3. If selected, a recruiter will reach out to schedule next steps.
  4. Meet with hiring leaders for one or more interviews. You may be asked for additional interviews to help ALDI further understand your skillset.  
  5. If chosen, you will receive a job offer. ALDI offer letters include key details confirming your pay, start date, position assigned and department. 
  6. After receiving an offer, you must complete onboarding requirements online within 72 hours of your offer confirmation. These requirements include pre-employment screenings and ALDI employment acknowledgements.
