ALDI helps with a wide array of resources for parents and parents-to-be. For expecting parents, we offer a program that provides 24/7 information and advice for new mothers as well as a program to help expectant mothers (and their babies) stay healthy.
And, when it’s time to welcome a new member into the family, full-time employees receive up to six weeks of 100% paid parental leave. Ten days of 100% paid caregiver leave are also provided to attend to the serious medical needs of a loved one.
Getting ahead on health.
Taking care of yourself and your family is important, so we offer several programs to help you get started. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides counseling on a wide variety of topics including child care, legal assistance and unexpected changes in life.

Store flexibility
Store management and staff can accrue one week of vacation, with an opportunity to earn two weeks after the second year. In addition, eligible employees have up to six weeks of paid parental leave, as well as two weeks of paid caregiver leave, at 100% of pay. Because ALDI is not a 24/7 operation, store employees can spend more time with family. That includes most holidays too — where we either close the stores all day or operate at reduced hours.
Warehouse flexibility
Thanks to our flexibility with schedules and shifts, you’ll have more time to rest, recharge and advance your skills through the support of our warehouse team. All while working safely in a job that fits your lifestyle.
Office flexibility
ALDI office roles are the definition of flexibility. When you join the team, you’ll work closely with your direct leader to establish a schedule that helps you succeed in the office and remotely. Our office roles are eligible to participate in the ALDI Hybrid Work Program — that means some roles can work remotely up to three days per week!
